into Renewed Hopes and Dreams

This website is dedicated as a Memorial to the memory of Master Sergeant Michael G. Heiser and the 18 other airmen who lost their lives in the Khobar Towers Bombing. CSM Gary and Frances Heiser dedicated every waking minute after this tragedy occurred visualizing how they were going to memorialize their son, MSGT Michael G. Heiser, and his comrades that were killed by the brutal attack on Khobar Towers, June 25, 1996.  After the initial shock wore off and  investigating by the military,  FBI,  and news media, new information was uncovered, claiming the Iranians  were responsible.

The Heiser Foundation, which once was The Michael G. Heiser Foundation, changed names in 2008,  after Gary Heiser passed away. Frances has chosen to remember those who have suffered tragic losses, those seeking further education opportunities, and non-profits that are like-minded to The Heiser Foundation.

“I commend the Heiser family for establishing this worthy Foundation and look forward to seeing all the good things which it will accomplish.  This generous and charitable endeavor will  serve as a positive rebuke to those who seek to destroy lives rather than to develop young men and women into contributing citizens. As it carries out this mission, the Heiser Foundation will also continue to carry out the life saving mission of Michael Heiser and his courageous comrades of Khobar Towers.”  Judge Louis J. Freeh, Former Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation

“I wish Fran and the Foundation Godspeed in their important mission.” F. Whitten Peters, 19th Secretary of the Air Force, National Chairman, Air Force Association
